This Privacy Policy is governed by the laws of Texas, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Except where prohibited by law, any dispute shall be resolved through binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association under its Commercial Arbitration Rules, conducted in Dallas County, Texas. The parties waive the right to a jury trial and to participate in class actions.
