14. GOVERNING LAW AND DISPUTE RESOLUTION

This Privacy Policy is governed by the laws of Texas, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Except where prohibited by law, any dispute shall be resolved through binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association under its Commercial Arbitration Rules, conducted in Dallas County, Texas. The parties waive the right to a jury trial and to participate in class actions. You may opt out of arbitration within 30 days of first agreeing to this Policy by sending an email to strategy@lotte.net with subject line “Arbitration Opt-Out.” If you reside outside the United States and local law grants you the right to bring claims in your home jurisdiction, this provision will not deprive you of that right.
